Return and Refund Policy


RETURNS
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! therefore, we will accept returns on items purchased from www.forevermootsy.com within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund. Please email us at customerservice@forevermootsy.com to request a Return Authorization before sending your item.

All items must come back in its original condition with original tags and packing. In order to be eligible for a refund, leashes & collars must be unworn and dog toys must be unused; products need to be clean, without dog hair and without dog drool. We are unable to accept returns due to damage caused by regular wear and tear. Refunds are contingent upon inspection. Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling costs unless the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part. We cannot accept returns after 30 days.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your items is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at customerservice@forevermootsy.com. Forever Mootsy will work with you to replace or refund your item as fast as we can, at no cost to you.

EXCHANGE
We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at customerservice@forevermootsy.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

SHIPPING
After receiving a Return Authorization, you should mail your product to: PO Box 14764, Long Beach, California US 90853. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
